The Company also has operations in the Appalachia region. On August 28, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Bois d’Arc Energy, Inc. (Bois d’Arc). As of February 23, 2009, it has secured leasehold interests in approximately 24,000 net acres and has two wells which are on production."
