It markets Xolegel, a topical gel for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis- Vusion, a topical ointment for the treatment of infants and children with diaper dermatitis- and Solage, a topical solution for the treatment of solar lentigines. The company's product pipeline includes Hyphanox in Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of onychomycosis- Pramiconazole in Phase IIa clinical trial for the treatment of onychomycosis, and skin and mucosal fungal infections- and Oral Rambazole in Phase IIb clinical trial for the treatment of psoriasis. Its pipeline portfolio also consists of Topical Rambazole in Phase IIa clinical trial for the treatment of acne- and Hivenyl in Phase IIa for the oral treatment of allergic reactions of the skin. The company markets its products to dermatologists and other target physicians through sales force. Barrier Therapeutics was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey."
